Shoden – Reiki First Degree
This course is for anyone wanting to find out more about Reiki and how to practice self-healing techniques, it has been developed to be more in line with the slower, traditional, Japanese Reiki.
We have created a unique holistic course that focuses on the First Degree of Reiki but also integrates the practice of Mindfulness, along with some empowering Lifestyle and Spiritual information into the curriculum, giving you more of the tools you need to reach your optimal well-being.
You will discover how you can use these tools to investigate your spirituality, free from dogma or fixed religious practice.
This course covers the Western Style of Reiki, adapted and brought to the west by Hawayo Takata, but also explores the recently rediscovered Japanese Style of Reiki practices, bringing you closer than ever to the original form of Reiki as Mikao Usui would have taught.
This course is aimed at people really wanting to take their time to learn the meditations and practices of Reiki in a more traditional and leisurely manner. Maybe you have been on a Reiki course and were left wanting more time to explore the teachings and meditations. Or maybe you haven’t been practicing for a while and want to refresh or expand your Reiki practice.
As well as discovering the immense power you have to heal yourself, you will learn tools that will help you to cope better with life’s ups and downs, to feel more calm, peaceful and generally more positive..
